Due to the ongoing trading activity in the EUR/RUB market, the European Central Bank (ECB) has suspended the publication of the euro reference rate for the Russian rouble. This is because the ECB is currently unable to set a reference rate that accurately reflects prevailing market conditions. The suspension will remain in effect until further notice. The last published EUR/RUB reference rate was on March 1, 2022.
