England Quarter Final Euro 2024: Ticket Sale Information and Key Dates

As anticipation builds for the EURO 2024 quarter-finals, England fans are eagerly awaiting news regarding ticket sales, especially for a potential England Quarter Final Euro 2024 match. For members of the 2022-2024 England Supporters Travel Club, crucial information has been released to help navigate the ticket purchasing process. Given the knockout nature of the tournament, ticket sales will occur rapidly through UEFA’s official website, requiring supporters to be well-prepared and informed.

The highly anticipated quarter-final game, should England qualify, is scheduled for Saturday, July 6th, at the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Dusseldorf. Kick-off is set for 5pm UK time. It’s vital to understand that all details regarding ticket sales are preliminary and subject to potential alterations.

Several factors can influence the final ticket allocation and category breakdown provided by UEFA. These include whether England is designated as Team A or Team B for ticketing purposes (which may differ from home/away team designations), the specific stadium hosting the match, the opponent team, and the size of stadium buffer zones required. Due to these variables, precise allocation details are often unavailable until shortly before the sales commence.

To ensure fairness and maximize the opportunity for eligible members to secure tickets, an initial ballot was conducted for the top 70% of members for each knockout stage match. However, category confirmations were not possible at that stage. The remaining 30% of tickets were to be balloted among other members who registered interest according to tournament rules. The fast-paced, match-by-match nature of knockout stage ticket sales via UEFA’s platform necessitates quick turnarounds and limited sales windows for each England fixture as the team progresses.

What to Expect for the Quarter-Final Ticket Sale

Expect to receive final details concerning ticket allocation and category splits on the evening of England’s Round of 16 match. Consequently, the ticket sale is provisionally scheduled for Tuesday, July 2nd.

The aim is to distribute access codes to all members who initially registered interest and were within the Top 70%, followed by those successful in the subsequent 20/10% ballot, on Monday evening preceding the sale. These access codes will become active during specific Sale Windows (outlined below).

Your assigned Sale Window is determined by the number of tickets available in each category and your cap total from the initial ballot. The cap total relevant to the initial ballot was communicated in the ballot result email.

Information for Wheelchair and Easy Access/Accessible Members:

Minimum allocations for Wheelchair and Easy Access/Accessible tickets for all knockout stages were confirmed prior to the ballot results announcement. Members who registered in these categories can verify their ballot outcome by revisiting the email dispatched on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, with the subject ‘UEFA Euro 2024 Germany Ballot Results’. Successful applicants will receive access codes for any relevant sales concurrently with all other members. While there are no current expectations of additional tickets in these categories, efforts to secure more to meet demand will be made.
