For the first time in UEFA European Championship history, the Euro ball 2024, FUSSBALLLIEBE, incorporates adidas Connected Ball Technology. This cutting-edge system transmits precise ball data in real-time to video match officials. By merging player positioning data with artificial intelligence, this innovation bolsters UEFA’s semi-automated offside technology and aims to accelerate crucial in-game decisions. Developed in collaboration with Kinexon, the Connected Ball Technology also aids VAR officials in pinpointing every ball touch, streamlining the resolution of handball and penalty incidents during Euro ball 2024 matches.

The FUSSBALLLIEBE Euro ball 2024 is meticulously crafted for superior accuracy. Its PRECISIONSHELL 20-piece panel shape, combined with strategically placed deboss grooves on the outer shell, is the result of extensive research and testing in both laboratory and real-pitch environments. This design optimizes airflow control, leading to maximum precision in every pass, shot, and touch during Euro ball 2024 games. Complementing the outer shell is the CTR-CORE, a groundbreaking core within the ball engineered for consistent accuracy, supporting rapid, precise play while maintaining optimal shape and air retention throughout the Euro 2024 tournament.

The FUSSBALLLIEBE Euro ball 2024 is constructed with sustainability in mind, utilizing bio-based materials. In addition to recycled polyester and water-based ink, the ball incorporates materials like corn fibers, sugar cane, wood pulp, and rubber, without compromising its high-performance standards. Adidas is also committed to donating 1% of global net sales from all adidas footballs to Common Goal, supporting initiatives that promote social change in underserved communities through football.
Priced at €150, the FUSSBALLLIEBE Official Match Ball is available for purchase at adidas retail stores, selected retailers, and online at adidas.com. This Euro ball 2024 is set to be used in all 51 matches of the tournament, commencing on June 14th, promising to deliver enhanced gameplay and technological innovation to Euro 2024.
