The reference rates are typically updated around 4:00 PM CET every working day, except on designated TARGET closing days. These rates are the result of a daily concertation procedure among European central banks, usually occurring around 2:10 PM CET. For actual transactions, it’s advisable to consult financial institutions for the most current and applicable exchange rates.

Due to ongoing trading activity in the EUR/RUB market, the European Central Bank (ECB) has temporarily suspended the publication of a euro reference rate for the Russian ruble. This suspension is until further notice, with the last EUR/RUB reference rate published on March 1, 2022. This situation highlights the dynamic nature of foreign exchange and how geopolitical events can impact currency markets and the Change Euro Dollar rate indirectly.
