The reference rates are updated at approximately 4:00 PM Central European Time (CET) every working day, except on TARGET closing days.

These rates are derived from the daily concertation procedure among European central banks, typically around 2:10 PM CET. It’s important to note that these reference rates are published for informational purposes only. Using these rates for transactional purposes is strongly discouraged.

Due to current market conditions in the EUR/RUB market, the European Central Bank (ECB) is unable to provide a representative reference rate. Therefore, the ECB has suspended the publication of the euro reference rate for the Russian ruble until further notice. The last published EUR/RUB reference rate by the ECB was on March 1, 2022.
